Malta woman charged with DWI after refusing breath test

A Malta woman was charged with DWI after refusing to take a breath test.
Monica Wornall 27, was driving on Route 9 around 9 p.m. Wednesday. Police noticed she had no lights on and stopped her.
That’s when they learned a suspended registration, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
She also refused a breath test, police said.
The DWI charge was upgraded to a felony because of a previous DWI conviction in 10 years.
