Man, 35, arrested for failing to submit yearly verification form for being a registered sex offender

Tyler L. Mosher, 35, of Corinth was arrested on Thursday by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued by Milton Town Court.
Officials say Mosher is accused of failing to submit his annual verification form to the Division of Criminal Justice Services within 10 days of receipt, as required for being a registered sex offender.
He was charged with failing to submit the documentation, which is a class E felony, said the Sheriff’s Office.
Mosher was arraigned in Milton Town Court and taken to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
