Man admits to Schuylerville stabbing

A Saratoga man has admitted to a stabbing last November in Schuylerville.

Ryan Danaher, 37, admitted to stabbing a person in the neck with a knife. The stabbing took place on Myers Lane on Nov. 17. Police said it stemmed from an argument between two people who knew each other. The victim had serious injuries.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree assault and menacing.

Danaher is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 27.
