Milton woman accused of scratching vehicle, violating protection order

A Milton woman is accused of scratching a vehicle and violating a protection order.

Officers responded to a report of a prowler at a home on Rowland Street in the town of Milton on Wednesday just before 12:30 a.m. Cindy A. Aussicker, 53, allegedly keyed a vehicle, causing more than $250 worth of damage, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Aussicker was charged with criminal mischief and criminal contempt. She was arraigned in Milton Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
