New affordable housing is now open in Albany. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at Sheridan Hollow at 269 Sheridan Ave.
New affordable housing is now open in Albany.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Thursday at Sheridan Hollow at 269 Sheridan Ave.
Independent female developer Sierra Murray said she helped get two families into the new, renovated units there.
Murray said it is a “beautiful, safe modern home for people in this area.”
“Oftentimes, we get overlooked. Our area gets overlooked, and I want to be one of those developers that take the time to invest in my community. I don’t want to run from my community. I want to invest right here.”
