Korean cuisine is on the rise in the Capital Region, and the town of Colonie now has added another unique restaurant.  

Seoul Korean Barbeque Restaurant opened last month at 1770 Central Ave. with great fanfare including a ribbon-cutting.  

Owner MiJung “MJ” Kim operated a similar restaurant for over seven years, Seoul Korean Restaurant in Latham.

This woman-owned, Korean-owned restaurant gives an authentic Korean dining experience at an amazing value.

It offers traditional, authentic Korean barbecue with grills on each table, and Korean food staples.
