North Greenbush Police warn of paving scam after resident falls victim

Police in North Greenbush are warning residents about a paving scam.

They say the company calls itself “Tarmack Paving,” and offers to “fix” people’s driveways with leftover material from a job down the street.

Police said one person fell for the scam, and the price was “unreasonably high for the absolutely lousy job they did.”

The company was told by police not to return to town, and police advise residents to call them if they are approached by the scammers.
