The Capital Region came together to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The Capital Region came together Friday to raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The ninth annual Pink Bus Pull took place at CDTA headquarters in Albany.

About 20 teams took part, with the goal of raising money in the fight to end breast cancer.

The event also supports the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink campaign.

The Albany Fire Department won the competition.

More than $20,000 will be raised by the end of the month, organizers said.
