Pittsfield bar stabbing hearing delayed
News affecting New York and surrounding areas are presented by the news team, along with the latest weather updates, traffic reports and more.
According to NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Berkshire Eagle, there are new concerns that some customers had been overserved at the Methuselah Bar & Lounge on North Street last month.
The owner reportedly told police the victim had been served one drink before getting into a fight with another person.
Now, a police detective says the victim claimed he had eight drinks before the stabbing took place.
A hearing on the incident has been pushed back until next month.
