Police: Albany man drove drunk, crashed car in Vermont
An Albany man is accused of driving under the influence and crashing his car in Vermont.
Vermont State Police said Jordan Dario Sierra, 20, was traveling on Route 22A in the town of Orwell around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, when he lost control and crashed into a ditch.
Sierra had signs of impairment, police said.
Sierra was charged with DUI and negligent operation. He is due in Addison County Superior Court at a later date.
