Police: Albany man had cocaine, fentanyl
An Albany man is accused of possessing cocaine and fentanyl.
Deputies stopped Ralph T. Duncan, 67, in the area of Second Avenue and South Pearl Street just after 10 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.
The drugs were packaged for distribution, police said.
Duncan was charged with two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
