Police: Albany man stole from Home Depot

An Albany man is accused of shoplifting from Home Depot last February.

Brian McCoy was arrested Sept. 6 for allegedly stealing $434 in merchandise from the store on Feb. 24, North Greenbush Police said.

McCoy was charged with petit larceny and turned over to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office on a separate warrant.
