Police: Albany man with kids in car was 4x too drunk to drive

An Albany man is accused of driving with two children in the car, while his blood alcohol concentration was over four times the legal limit.

Alejandro Rosales, 44, was in a two-car crash on the Northway in Colonie on March 16, State Police said.

Rosales allegedly had a BAC of 0.33%. The legal limit is 0.08%.

Rosales was arraigned on a felony DWI charge and released.

The children were turned over to a family member.
