Police: Albany traffic stop leads to cocaine bust

An Albany man faces drug charges after a traffic stop.
Keith Horton, 68, was stopped near Broad and Alexander streets just before 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said he had cocaine packaged in several tie-off plastic bags.
Horton was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and a traffic violation.
He was due in Albany City Criminal Court later Wednesday.
