Police arrested an Amsterdam man Tuesday, after a monthslong investigation into narcotic sales.
Raymond P. Feliciano, 42, was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
He was arraigned in Amsterdam Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
