Police: Hudson Falls man had child pornography

A Hudson Falls man is accused of possessing child pornography.

Robert D. Rowe, 66, allegedly had images consistent with child exploitation when police searched his home on Oct. 16. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, State Police said.

Rowe was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child. He was issued an appearance ticket and due in Kingsbury Town Court on Oct. 23.
