Police: Milton man crashed vehicle while on drugs
A Milton man allegedly drove while on drugs and crashing his vehicle.
The crash happened just before 4:30 a.m. Tuesday on Route 29 in the town of Milton. Kyle J. Kilburn, 35, is accused of driving while impaired and without a license, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Kilburn allegedly had a controlled substance and resisted arrest.
Kilburn was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. He has a previous conviction for impaired driving within the last 10 years, so the charge is upgraded to a felony.
Kilburn also faces charges aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further action.
