Police: Montgomery County woman shot gun in air during neighbor dispute

A Montgomery County woman is accused of firing a gun in the air during a dispute with her neighbor.

Tara A. Darling, 32, of Fultonville, allegedly displayed a 20-gauge shotgun and fired a shot in the air back on June 23 incident, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Police arrested Darling on Tuesday and charged her with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.

She was arraigned in Root Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court at a later date.
