Police: Philadelphia man cashed fake check at North Greenbush bank

A Philadelphia man is accused of cashing a fake check at a local bank.
Anthony Worn allegedly used a fake name and cashed a $9,300 check at a Pioneer Bank, North Greenbush Police said.
Worn was picked up by police on Feb. 25 around 4:15 a.m. on an arrest warrant. He was charged with grand larceny, identity theft, possession of a forged instrument and criminal personation.
Worn was arraigned in Rensselaer County Court and released to the supervision of probation. He is due in court at a later date.
