Police: Queensbury man drove drunk on front lawn of home

Police have arrested a Queensbury man for allegedly driving drunk on the front lawn of a residence.

Deputies responded to an address on Old West Mountain Road just after 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2 after the home owner reported the incident. The vehicle was found a short time later parked on West Mountain Road.

The driver, 36-year-old Joshua M. Schaff, was found to be intoxicated and arrested, police said.

Schaff had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.19% – more than twice the legal limit of 0.08%. 

Schaff was charged with aggravated DWI and issued traffic tickets. He was released and due in Queensbury Town Court at a later date.
