Police: Schenectady man had child porn

A Schenectady man is accused of possessing child pornography.

Steven C. Iovinelli, 45, allegedly had images consistent with child exploitation, State Police said. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Iovinelli was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child. He transported to Schenectady County Jail to await arraignment.
