Police: Schenectady man stole from Halfmoon Home Depot

A Schenectady man is accused of stealing from Home Depot in Halfmoon.
Tyler J. Marley, 31, was arrested on a burglary charge. He allegedly stole from the store after he previously had been banned from it, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.
Marley was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and released to pretrial services.
