Police: Texas man had child pornography

A Texas man is accused of possessing child pornography in the Capital Region.

Brooklyn Davis, 19, of Pearland, allegedly had images consistent with child exploitation, while in Albany.

The investigation began in Ohio by the Licking County Sheriff’s Office.

Davis was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Albany City Court on March 19.
