Police: Troy man had illegal gun
Troy Police arrested a Cohoes man for allegedly having an illegal firearm.
Officers were patrolling the area of 101st Street and 5th Avenue on Monday around 2 p.m. when they saw a man with a gun getting into a vehicle. That suspect, 20-year-old Destin I. Fox-Schreiber, allegedly had the gun and a large-capacity magazine.
Fox-Schreiber was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and obstructing governmental administration.
