Police: Utica men held woman against her will on Thruway in Ulster County
State Police arrested two Utica men after a disturbance at the Ulster Travel Plaza on the Thruway. Jeffrey Blount and Kevin Smalls held a 27-year-old woman against her will, according to troopers.
State Police arrested two Utica men after a disturbance at the Ulster Travel Plaza on the Thruway.
Jeffrey Blount and Kevin Smalls held a 27-year-old woman against her will, according to troopers.
The woman was able to escape and was later found unharmed in Orange County.
Blount is now charged with unlawful imprisonment and Smalls is charged with forcible touching.
