Police: Woman crashed stolen car

A Vermont woman is accused of crashing a stolen car.

A Vermont woman is accused of crashing a stolen car.

Troopers responded to the area of State Route 149 in Queensbury on Dec. 22 just after 9:30 a.m. for a report of a car crashed off the road. Nichol L. Frost, 29, of Bellow Falls, was inside the vehicle, State Police said. She was not hurt.

Police said the vehicle had been reported stolen on Dec. 21 from Brattleboro, Vermont. Frost allegedly gave police false identifying information. Police seized and the vehicle and it will be returned to the owner.

Frost was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and criminal impersonation. She was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and sent to Warren County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,500 cash, $3,000 bond or $5,000 partially secured bond.
