A new restaurant will open its doors in the Spa City later this month.

Refresh Kitchen is set to open at the YMCA and senior center building on West Avenue in Saratoga Springs. Restaurant owner Matt Richardson said it will serve breakfast, sandwiches, soup, salad and other sandwiches. It will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Richardson said you won’t need to be a member of either the YMCA or the senior center to enter the restaurant. They can come through the senior center entrance.
