The Middleburgh Fire Department said Sunday afternoon an ATV rolled over off of Frisbieville Road.
Authorities said it happened around 3:30 Sunday and that the man on the ATV was talking and alert.
The man was airlifted to Albany Medical Center.
The extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
