Saratoga County man gets 2 years in jail on drug charges

A Ballston Spa man was sentenced on Wednesday to 2 years in jail for drug charges.

Jason E. Horn, 52, was arrested with four other people in August after a lengthy investigation into illegal narcotics possession and sales in Saratoga County. Police found drugs after searches of homes in Saratoga Springs and Milton.

Horn pleaded guilty in February to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office. 

He also must serve 2 years of post-release supervision.
