Saratoga County Sheriff’s desk officer Thompson Temple received the Officer of the Year award for the Communications Division at the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Sheriff Mike Zurlo and Undersheriff Jeff Brown presented Officer Temple the award on Monday.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said this is a well-earned achievement for a highly skilled dispatcher.
Officer Temple is a mentor to many new officers, and his expertise is on display every day, they said.
