Saratoga Springs man accused of having child pornography

A Saratoga Springs man is accused of possessing child pornography.

Jordan D. Pregent, 24, allegedly possessed digital media of a performance of sexual conduct by a child younger than 16, State Police said.

Pregent’s arrest followed a cyber tip received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Pregent was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was issued an appearance ticket and due in Saratoga Springs City Court on June 6.
