Schodack woman charged with burglary

A Schodack woman is accused of stealing items from an enclosed porch and vehicle.

State Police said Jessmynda M. Dosch-Evangelista, 33, went to a residence in Schodack on Dec. 10 around 2:15 p.m. and entered an enclosed porch and the victim’s vehicle and took clothing. She also allegedly tried to enter the home and damaged it before leaving the scene.

Troopers found her in an outbuilding on the property with the stolen items, according to police.

She was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal trespass.
