Sheriff: Glens Falls man violated order of protection

A Glens Falls man is accused of violating an order of protection.

Stefano V. Delnevo, 43, is accused of violating the statute after being convicted of a similar offense with the previous five years. Delnevo also contacted the protected party, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

It happened on March 18 at a home on Linden Lane in the town of Milton.

He was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal court. Delnevo was released on appearance tickets and due in Milton Town Court at later date.
