A popular Albany restaurant is taking over the kitchen of a Malta establishment.

Slidin’ Dirty, the slider restaurant, will now operate the kitchen at Nanola in Malta on Route 9. 

They will bring their popular sliders such The Dirty Ninja, while embracing the New Orleans flavors familiar at Nanola. Dishes include Slidin’ Dirty’s NOLA egg rolls, a shrimp po’ boy sandwich, jambalaya, and New Orleans pasta alfredo with blackened chicken.
Nanola’s Mexican Mondays will remain with a Slidin’ Dirty twist, including taco, nachos and margarita specials. 
The Nanola kitchen and wait staff will remain.
