State Police make DWI arrests
State Police have made a series of drunk driving arrests.
Jeremy M. Arnold, 28, of Fonda, was arrested on Dec. 7 around 9:45 p.m. after a traffic stop on Route 5S in the town of Glen. He had a 0.21% blood alcohol concentration, according to police. The legal limit is 0.08%.
John J. Wilson, 33, of Cobleskill, was charged with DWI on Dec. 8 after a one-car crash just after 12:30 a.m. in the area of Mineral Springs Road in Cobleskill. He had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18%, police said.
State Police said Diane L. Larouech, 62, of Gansevoort, was arrested after she went off the road on Dec. 9 at around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Traver Road in Wilton. She had a 0.16% – twice the legal limit, according to police. The charge was upgraded to a felony because she has a previous conviction within the last 10 years.
Michael J. Hickey, 33, of Troy, was stopped in Malta on Dec. 10 just after 2 a.m. for a traffic violation, police said. He had a BAC of 0.19%, police said.
April Allen, 50, of Hadley, was arrested after a crash that happened just after 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 11 in the area of South Shore Road in Hadley. She had a BAC of 0.21%, police said.
Harold Sukram, 55, of Schenectady, was stopped on Dec. 11 around 6:15 p.m. in the area of Pangburn Road in Duanesburg for a traffic violation, according to police. He had a 0.22% BAC.
Emmanuel RosarioEchevarria, 30, of Clifton was arrested after a two-car crash in Colonie on Dec. 11 at around 9:24 p.m. Police said he has a previous DWI conviction with the last 10 years.
