State Police make DWI arrests

State Police have reported on driving while intoxicated arrests during the last week.
Reo A. Revette, 33, of Amsterdam, was arrested on Feb. 26. Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway of I-890 in Rotterdam. Police said he had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.22% — which is nearly three times the legal limit. Revette has a previous conviction within the last 10 years, according to police.
Nate E. Nolette, 26, of Warnerville, was arrested on Feb. 27 for allegedly crashing his vehicle into a tree in the area of West Fulton Road in Fulton, police said. He allegedly had a 0.22% BAC.
Nicklaus E. Weaver, 24, of Mechanciville, is accused of driving his vehicle into a snowbank on Feb. 28 just before 10:30 p.m. in the area of Sacandaga Road in Perth. Weaver had a 0.20% BAC, according to police.
Janelle T. Dwyer, 45, of Central Valley was arrested on March 1 just before 7 p.m. after being stopped on Route 67 in Malta for a traffic violation. She reported a 0.08% BAC, according to police.
Scott P. Dugan, 42, of Ballston Spa allegedly drove his vehicle into a tree in the area of Manning Road in Malta. On March 2 just before 9:45 p.m. He recorded a 0.21% BAC, police said.
