State Police make several DWI arrests

State Police have made a series of driving while intoxicated arrests.

Corey D. Moore, 30, of Whitehall was arrested on Feb. 5 just after 2 a.m. after crashing his car in the area of Route 22 in Hebron, according to investigators. He had a 0.14% blood alcohol concentration. The legal limit is 0.08%. Police said Moore has multiple DWI convictions within the last 10 years.

Peter C. Sacco, 44, was arrested after police said he drove his car off the roadway on Feb. 5 around 9 p.m. in the area of Route 9 in Malta. Sacco was found walking nearby. He had a BAC of 0.23%, police said.

Gregory T. Dilorenzo, 35, of Waterford, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs. Police arrested him after he had stopped in the travel lane on 787 in Albany on Feb. 6 around 12:20 p.m. Dilorenzo also had a controlled substance, according to investigators. He had multiple DWI conviction in the last 10 years and did not have a valid driver’s license, police said.

Peter J. Kubesh, 41, of Viriginia, was charged with DWI after a traffic stop on Feb. 7 on Route 9 in Saratoga Springs. He had a 0.18% BAC.

Mirand J. Bernholz, 33, of Gansevoort, was charged with DWI after police said she crashed her car into a snowbank. It happened on Feb. 8 around 3:10 p.m. in the area of Saratoga Road in Moreau. She was not hurt and police found her nearby. Police said she had a BAC of 0.26%.

Crystal J. Lynch, 43, of Albany, was arrested after a one-vehicle crash on Feb. 8 just after 11 a.m. in the area of Grooms Road in Clifton Park. She had a 0.20% blood alcohol concentration.

David M. Randall, 42, of Troy, was arrested on Feb. 10 just after 5:30 p.m. after his vehicle was disabled in the median of the Northway in Queensbury. He allegedly refused to give a sample to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Randall has a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years.
