Stuyvesant Plaza welcoming Mediterranean restaurant, men’s clothier

Two more businesses will open their doors this summer in Stuyvesant Plaza.

Mediterranean restaurant Simone’s Kitchen is opening its third Capital Region location, while men’s clothing retailer Union Hall Supply Co. Is set to open its second shop.

Simone’s Kitchen first opened in Coxsackie in 2018.

The menu advertises mezza bowls, baklava, and the lattes.

Union Hall Supply Co. sells modern clothing, shoes, and accessories for men.

The store’s flagship location opened in 2019 on Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
