Ted’s Fish Fry to open Ballston Spa location

A Capital Region staple is opening in Ballston Spa.

Ted’s Fish Fry announced Monday that they’re taking over the old Pizza Hut at 2103 Doubleday Avenue.

The building will be renovated this summer, with hopes to open in fall 2024.

Ted’s also has locations in Watervliet, Troy, Latham, Colonie, Halfmoon and Albany.

This location will be managed by Jon Fisher, who is the son of Ted’s General Manager Sue Fisher.
