Teen charged with strangulation in North Greenbush in attack at Vanderheyden campus
A 16-year-old boy is charged with strangulation in North Greenbush.
The teen from the Vanderheyden school in Wynantskill is accused of choking another student until they were unconscious, North Greenbush Police said.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
The teen was charged with felony second-degree strangulation and sent back to the school after an appearance in Schaghticoke Town Court. He’s due in family court at a later date.
