Known for its mac-and-cheese combinations, pulled pork, beer-battered sandwiches, and burgers on a moose-branded bun, the Adirondack-themed spot said there is something on the menu for everyone.
The brand has already expanded into tacos, coffee maple whiskey and ice cream.
Now founders Brendan Brader and Rob Tario are now working with a franchise development company, and they hope to share their vision outside the Capital Region.
They say each location will be modeled after the originals – with the relaxing, laid-back cabin ambiance.
