Trial begins for man accused of killing Albany man
Trial begins for Joseph Seeley, who is accused of killing Jimmy Moore back in 2020.
Jury selection began Monday in the trial of a man accused of shooting and killing an Albany man back in 2020.
Joseph Seeley, 27, is facing charges of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the death of Jimmy Moore. It happened on Sept. 23, 2020 in the area of First Street and Lexington Avenue in Albany.
Seeley was indicted last December and pleaded not guilty.
