Troy getting $42 million for urban renewal project

An urban renewal project in Troy is getting $42 million in funding.

City Station North is the fourth phase of a plan to revitalize downtown Troy.

The project includes a four-story building with apartments, office spaces, and a gated parking lot. It will be located on 6th Avenue between Congress Street and State Street.
