Troy woman, 55, accused of threatening bank staff

Sheriff: Woman chokes, harasses Pioneer Bank staff last Friday.
A 55-year-old Troy woman is accused of choking a person at a Brunswick bank.
Lori A. Lawrence, 55, allegedly entered the Pioneer bank on Hoosick Road in the town of Brunswick on March 14 around 1:40 p.m. Lawrence began confronting bank staff aggressively, according to the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office.
There were multiple victims, according to police.
Lawrence was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, menacing, and disorderly conduct. She was taken to the Rensselaer County Public Safety Building for processing and was then taken to Samaritan Hospital for further evaluation, due to her behavior.
