Two Columbia County men accused of having child porn

Two Columbia County man are accused of having child pornography.

State Police said John R. Vogt, 74, and Mark T. Vogt, 45, are each facing three counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child under the age of 16. 

Both men are from Taghkanic, but police did not state the relationship between the two.

They were issued an appearance ticket and due in Taghkanic Town Court on Nov. 7.
