Two face charges after Saratoga County police chase

Two people are facing multiple charges after a chase last week in Saratoga County.

State Police saw a vehicle driving erratically on April 17 around 12:15 a.m. in the area of Northway in Clifton Park. The vehicle had reportedly fled from a Guilderland Police Department traffic stop in the area of 1480 Western Ave., police said.

The chase continued into Round Lake, when the vehicle became disabled in the area of Burlington Avenue and Covel Avenue.

The driver was Peter J. Antenucci, 49, of Waterford. He and his passenger, Nichole Nozkowski, 35, of Rensselaer, ran away on foot. They were quickly arrested.

Both allegedly had drug paraphernalia containing drug residue. They were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Antenucci also was charged with fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and traffic violations. They were both issued appearance tickets and are due in Malta Town Court on May 29, 2025. They were then turned over to the Guilderland Police Department.

Antenucci was charged in Guilderland with reckless driving and traffic violations.
