Deputies responded to Main Street around 4:20 p.m. Friday for a traffic complaint. A caller had reported that Tobias M. Bruce, 55, struck a curb and almost hit a vehicle with his truck.
Investigators saw Bruce speeding and not staying in his lane, they said. He was arrested.
Bruce had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.21%, police said. That’s three times the legal limit.
Bruce was charged with aggravated DWI, failure to use designated lane, and speeding. He was released on his own recognizance and is due in Warrensburg Town Court at a later date.
