Washington County man charged with rape

A Fort Edward man has been charged with rape.

Dominick A. Torres, 21, allegedly had sex with a girl younger than 17 years old, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Torres was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in Fort Edward Town Court at a later date.
