Whitehall man charged with bail jumping
Whitehall man charged with bail jumping after he skipped his court appearance.
A Whitehall man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly skipping a court appearance.
Christopher M. Rozell, 37, had been released on bail after being charged with grand larceny, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said. Rozell did not appear in Granville Town Court, according to investigators.
Investigators say Rozell took an excavator attachment from someone he knew, and then he sold it to another person before being arrested for that crime last September.
Rozzell was picked up on an arrest warrant. He was charged with bail jumping and held pending future court appearances.
