Woman turns herself in one month after alleged drunken driving

There was an unusual DWI arrest for New York State Police in Mayfield, Fulton County.

A woman, allegedly driving while drunk, crashed into a creek in the middle of the night last month, they said.

Elizabeth Ryan was then found at a home nearby, taken to a hospital and refused to cooperate with police.

Ryan from Piseco in Hamilton County, turned herself in.
